If any of our products will not work in the way we claim they will on our website, we will be happy to issue a refund. It is not our intent to sell you a product you cannot use, or trick you into buying any of our products. If our sales pages are worded strongly and make great claims, it's because we truly believe that the product is a good one.
Our Web Developer products are designed with special care toward making sure the average web developer can install them easily. If a Web Developer product does not work with your website, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If it is found to be incompatible with your website, we will be happy to issue a full refund immediately.
While it is extremely rare (less than 0.2% of our customers ask for a refund), we want you to feel secure in knowing that if you purchase any of our products and it does not live up to the features & standards we claim, you can feel free write to us and explain the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will be happy to issue you a refund.
