Hi, I am building a website using flash. I have background color surrounding my page...therefore I need my page curl to start at X:2.515, Y:1.222, then peel all the way off the stage when a link at the top has been clicked on to go to the next page. Then the whole process recycles again. In other words I cannot have my page curl start at the top left or right corner of the browser window...and I need the page to peel all the way off the stage when a link is clicked. Can your Page Curl or Page Peel do this?
Thank You,
Jean

Hello, and thank you for your interest. If the entire site is Flash, the best way for you to go would be the Peel-It AS2 Component. This gives you the ability to create a Flash movie clip, place it anywhere within your SWF, and have it peel back when clicked from any link within the SWF. Also, it gives you the ability to "listen" for when it's finished peeling, and redirect the user if you wish (the Peel-It doesn't redirect the user itself, but you can run any of your own functions, which could perform any action such as redirecting the user).
You can find it here: http://powerupmysite.com/components/peelit/

Thank you for your reply...I think this will work, but I am using actionscript 3 with Flash, can I use Peel-It with AS3?

| Hello. It is an AS2 component, and unfortunately will not work in an AS3 environment. I'm sorry to say that I think this would be the only software package we offer which would give you the exact functionality you need, and it does require an AS2 environment. |
